Your Foundation is key; picture a pyramid. The more stress to the foundation we create, the stronger it needs to be. Those stressors can be your sport, your day to day life, your weekend hikes, or your new activity. With a strong foundation we can trust that we can add more layers and more stress without the body breaking down
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in strength and conditioning, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a strength and conditioning style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
The most important thing to understand is that these foundational movements are suited for anyone and everyone, no matter their fitness levels, confidence levels and pain levels.
Once you are competent in the movements, you will then progress further into our movement program
